Establishing Employer Needs 

People write resumes most often when they have to. The shock of the job loss, the near-instantaneous calculations one makes about how long their savings can maintain their current standard of living. It’s during this time that we try to create (or update) a document we pin our hopes on of getting “back to normal”. Using a matrix to evaluate the true needs of employers allows us to optimize a resume that demonstrates we are a solution and not a job seeker.

Dallas Jobseekers Club is for you if you are out of work, underemployed, or looking for a new direction. It's a welcoming, informal online meet-up for you to find resources, offer support, and build your network.
