Is living with diabetes difficult? We can help!
Join us for this 6-week Diabetes Self-Management Program where you will learn ways to manage and take control of your diabetes by monitoring blood sugar, healthy eating and exercising, the power of positive thinking and much more!
This program begins Thursday 4/18 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM and continues every Thursday, ending Thursday 5/23. Feel free to bring your lunch, we will have light snacks and bottled water.
