Come meet Amanda Vanhoozier from Bishop Hill Farm Flowers and learn more about sustainable growing of cut flowers.  Quite the opposite from imported cut flowers, this urban flower farm protects the soil, flora and fauna with the goal to bring the eye to the beauty of nature.  December is the perfect time to reminisce seasons with dried flower arranging and plant seed for early blooms in 2021!

Earth Day Every Day! is a series of online environmental education sessions to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.   Presented by Dallas Environmental Quality and Sustainability (DEQS; Green Dallas).  These topics empower Dallas residents to make sustainable choices to improve the quality of life for everyone in Dallas and the world.
