With characters like Active Adam, Captain Carrot, and Safety Sam leading the way, children will embark on six action-packed sessions filled with fun activities and interactive lessons. From discovering the importance of daily physical activity with Active Adam to learning about the superpowers of colorful vegetables with Captain Carrot, each session is packed with excitement and valuable knowledge.
