Do you provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer's or other dementia related disease? The way caregivers deal with caregiver related stresses is critical to both their own well-being, and their ability to care for others. You will learn: Stress management techniques, relaxation and coping skills, problem solving, an information about the disease process.
