Story Rumpus: Celebrate fun stories that are active, imaginative, creative and playful! Drawing tales, movement, puppets, songs, costumes and more provide memorable story experiences for all.

The Dallas Fire Department will bring their fire truck and fire safety tips to the Skyline Branch Library parking lot! Get a tour of the fire truck, examine its special equipment, and talk to a real life fire-fighter.

Reading is universal! Play space-themed games, sign up for the Mayor's Summer Reading Challenge, and meet some special guests from the Star Wars universe. Space-themed costumes are encouraged!

Come party with the Dallas Police Department  and David Chicken! Get your face painted and enjoy some crafts that are out of this world.
