Visit the Pleasant Grove Branch every Friday at 12:00 pm for 1 on 1 technology help! Learn basic computer and technology skills essential for today's world. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own laptops or mobile devices.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and make your own fierce lucha masks. 

Refuel afterschool with a free, nutritious meal provided by Education PV. Open to ages 0-18. Meals are made possible through the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by having fun making colorful Alebrijes! Children will get to participate in designing, coloring, and learning about this popular Mexican folk art. 

In observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Vickery Park branch is pleased to announce that on September 22nd, we have the pleasure of hosting a visual art workshop from Ofelia Faz-Garza.

Workshop Name: “Semillitas”

Each class features beginner level instructions in guitar by an experienced instructor. Instruments provided. Great for ages 8 - 18. For the best learning experience, students should try to attend as many sessions as possible.

Celebrate National Astronomy Day with a fun straw rocket craft. Challenge your friends to see who blow theirs the highest!

Join CodeStream Studios for an interactive coding workshop! During this event, you will get to play computer science games designed by our very own programmers. Each game will teach you the foundation you’ll need to become a pro! 

Fridays at 4pm will be a violin class!
