(Em)powerment Popups are a new initiative created through a partnership between the CARDboard Project and Dallas Innovation Alliance.
This is a 5-session series for designed for senior adults, ages 50 years and older.
The goal of the series is to address ways to remain independent through healthy eating and physical activity.
Create practical and comfortable sleeping mats for the unhoused in our community.
This will be the final class of the series. Class will be on WEDNESDAY.
