Did you know that Earth is known as “the blue planet” because of the abundance of water on it? It’s true! This program explores various aspects of water and the water cycle. Experiment with the shape of water, explore how different materials might affect the rate at which ice becomes liquid, make rain in a jar, explore how plants ‘sweat’ via transpiration and more as you investigate how water moves through the water cycle.
Program provided by University of Texas-Dallas. Recommended for children 5 years old and up.
