Yoga for Seniors led by the Indian Cultural Heritage Foundation is comprised of low-impact stretching exercises, rhythmic breathing, mindful meditation, hand and foot coordination, and relaxing silent meditation.

After which, you and your child can enjoy the toys, puzzles, and soft play zone in our children's area!
