Program Type:Civic Engagement
Aging Mastery is a 10 session workshop held twice a week for 5 weeks. Classes are 90 minutes long. There are 10 different topics related to aging: Navigating Longer Lives, Exercise and You, Sleep, Healthy Eating and Hydration, Financial Fitness, Advance Planning, Healthy Relationships, Medication Management, Falls Prevention, and Community Engagement. All participants get a toolkit. Come join in the fun and learn how to age masterfully!
