- Week 1: Creating Safe & Healthier Meals
- Week 2: Balancing Your Day
- Week 3: Saving More at the Grocery Store
- Week 4: Celebrating Small Bites
Course goals
- Increase physical activity
- Drink more milk/water with meals
- Incorporate more fruit and vegetable in meals
- Learn about the importance of food safety and food preparation
- Food/Recipe exposure
