The Mu Phi Epsilon Sunday Concerts continue with a performance by The Kim Quartet.
This series of concerts, now in its 87th year, began its life at the Dallas Museum of Art (then the Dallas Museum of Fine Art) and moved to the Central Library's current location when The J. Erik Jonsson Central Library opened in 1982. Since then, the series has continued to present concerts by local, national and international artists free of charge on Sunday afternoons.
Today we feature a performance by Kim Quartet, a group comprising Helen Kim (flute), Hamin Kim (cello), Hana Kim (violinist/violist), and Amy Kim (oboe). Pianist Julie HyoJeong Kim joins this Dallas-based group for a variety of selections, in a wide range of styles, featuring different combinations of the group's members.
