STEAM Wednesday's at Vickery Park

STEAM fun is coming to the Vickery Park Branch Library every 1st and 4th Wednesday! This program is intended for school-age children to learn about science, technology, engineering, and math in fun and interactive and artsy ways! 

Here comes the sun for today's project! Not only does the sun provide us with heat (sometimes too much), it's going to help make some beautiful works of art!

Using special sun print paper and gathered objects like sticks and leaves to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces while learning about chemical processes aided by the sun. Don’t forget the sunscreen! (For you and your child, not the artwork.) ;)
