Join us in learning about the latest social media app! In this one hour session for all ages we will walk through the various safety features Tik-Tok has, how to navigate the app mindfully and how to recognize what content is safe and reliable!

Visit the Pleasant Grove Branch every Friday at 12:00 pm for 1 on 1 technology help! Learn basic computer and technology skills essential for today's world. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own laptops or mobile devices.

Weekly yarn craft meetup for adults

You are invited to attend free GED preparation classes at the Dallas Public Library. Registration is available in class, and no ID is required.

Learn how to fill out general job applications and set up accounts for LinkedIn and Indeed.com.

Students are encouraged to bring their own devices or notebooks, but it is not required.

Class size limit: 20 students.

1 on 1 dedicated computer help with a staff member from the Dallas Public Library. We can help you with your computer skills, accessing social services, connectivity, job applications, creating a resume and more.

 Books are full of multitudes of inspiration! Read them and feel inspired! Decorate your very own book cover with your imagination, supplies are provided.

It's time for a fun Family Afternoon movie at the Library!

Have you ever seen a paper crane and wondered, "How do I do that?"

We are offering a unique opportunity for children to create their favorite animal through the traditional Japanese art of paper folding, Origami.

Bring science and art together in this fun craft! We'll be using tubes and foil to create a neat kaleidoscope that can teach us about reflections and patterns!

Participants of the workshop will learn how to create video content for social media using cameras and phones.
