Tracy Wallace is a justice warrior—environmental, social, economic—who believes access and equity are the cures to poverty. She is founder and Executive Director of Green Careers Dallas. With tenacity and passion, Tracy works to connect hard-to-employ low-income neighbors with living wage employment as entry-level solar PV installers in the rapidly growing solar industry. Tracy is a 5th-generation Texan who received her degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. She also serves on the nonprofit boards of Congo Restoration and Emanuel Community Center.
