Explore fingerprint basics and the three main classes of fingerprints: arches, loops and whirls. Using ink pads, ink your thumb or index finger and determine what type of print you have and play the role of science sleuth as you try to match fingerprint specimens. Kit provided by University of Texas-Dallas. Recommended for grades 1-5.
