In our final installation of our Mindfulness and Meditation Series patrons will have the opportunity to relax while engaging their creative side. This program focuses on the meditative properties of doodling which reduces anxiety and stress by calming the racing mind and allowing it to come to a restful and quiet space. Materials are provided.
