In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, this hands-on cooking program will guide participants through the creation of four traditional dishes, each rich in history and taste. Discover new recipes, cooking techniques, and the stories behind beloved Latin American cuisines—all while cooking up a delicious good time!
Week 1: Mexico – Corn Tortillas / Tacos
Traditional corn tortillas are made from masa harina—rolled, pressed, and cooked on a hot griddle. Serve with savory fillings like carne asada, beans, or veggies for authentic tacos full of flavor.
