Celebrate Black History/African-American Heritage Month with a month of programming to inform, celebrate, honor and highlight the Black community's history and achievements.

Children's Programs 

☕Enjoy Coffee Delights☕

During this festival, we will have short coffee brewing demonstrations (With samples), taste testing, local vendors, coffee crafts, and a Mug Competition! 

In this beginners workshop, students will learn about leather tools, types of leather, and hand stitching. Students should walk away with completed leather pieces at the end of each class to take home!

As a highlight to a series of Black History Month Programs, patrons will be exposed to a number of trades, crafts, small businesses, authors, fine arts, fashion and food highlighting the Black community in the greater Dallas Area.

Years of history and tradition are contained in the food we eat every day. Celebrate Black History Month with food, community, and conversation.
