Organics are becoming more and more popular, and rightly so! There are many reasons to love organic, pesticide-free, non-GMO, nutrient-dense, good for the planet and good for you! Lizzy, a nutritional health coach with the Casa Linda Natural Grocers, will present.

Lizzy graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After graduation, she landed a job at a chiropractor’s office where she learned the importance of holistic living. In 2018, she went back to school to acquire a Master of Science in Kinesiology at the University of North Texas. Lizzy loves mingling her background in psychology with her expertise in exercise science and nutrition to help people create healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes.
